WebJi® runs 24×7 infrastructure monitoring with a 99.9% uptime commitment on every hosting plan. This page explains what is monitored, how incidents are handled, and the fastest ways to check status or reach our on-call team — no marketing fluff.
What we monitor
- Server uptime and load — every hosting node, polled every 60 seconds from inside and outside our network
- Service daemons — web (HTTP/HTTPS), mail (SMTP/IMAP/POP3), DNS, FTP, databases
- SSL certificate expiry — automated renewal with alerts before any certificate lapses
- Backup job completion — daily jobs verified, failures escalated same day
- Data-center network — upstream connectivity and packet loss to Indian and international peering points
How incidents are handled
- Automated alerts fire to the on-call engineer the moment a check fails twice consecutively
- Diagnosis starts immediately — status updates go to affected customers by ticket and email
- Resolution or workaround first, root-cause writeup after — for any outage longer than 15 minutes
- Service credits apply per the SLA for downtime beyond the 99.9% commitment

Open a ticket at the contact page or the client area — include your domain and what you are seeing; the on-call engineer picks it up from there. For a site that is down, call: it skips the queue.
Uptime commitment
Every WebJi® hosting plan carries a 99.9% monthly uptime commitment backed by service credits — the exact terms live on the SLA page. Historical per-server uptime reports are available to any customer on request from the support desk; we publish them per-account rather than as marketing averages, because a number without your server behind it is not useful.
